Campaign contributions are limited to $3,500 per individual, per election. This means each person may contribute the maximum in both the primary and general elections (March 3, 2026 preferential primary and November 3, 2026 general election). We may only accept contributions from United States citizens over the age of 18 and political committees registered in the state of Arkansas. No corporate contributions are allowed.
Contributions are not tax-deductible, but are eligible for an Arkansas state tax credit of up to $50 per taxpayer ($100 if filing jointly). Information about the AR-1000TC are available here.
